A vile incident, and I hope Airdrie fans will ensure that those involved never get anywhere near a football ground again. An outright condemnation, no excuses, is needed from them.

Of course it should never have happened and the investigation into just how it did should be as wide as possible. Not just what happened, but how it was allowed to happen and just why those involved were not ejected/arrested as soon as they did it.
